Tim Smith was the inspector who came to the property; he was pleasant at the meet and greet and explained the process and timeline for the inspection. My family was pleased with his thoroughness, his invitations to tag along if we wanted, his openness to questions and provided guidance on things that were deemed safety and those that were nice to have changes.
