My husband and I were very happy that we went with Burgess for our inspection. It was the first home inspection we've done so we were nervous about making the choice and the process, but Burgess made it easy. Mike was very thorough during the inspection and gave us some tips throughout that will help us ensure we are move in ready. He sent us the written report later that night that described everything thoroughly with pictures. Overall, we were very impressed and thankful we went with Burgess. The only issue was that he was about 20 minutes late... it was out of his control since the previous inspection ran late, but we would have appreciated a call from someone letting us know that.
