we decided to get a home inspection done prior to putting our house on the market. We found that we had some minor issues, thankfully nothing major, that we intend to repair prior to putting our house on the market. We figured it would be best to confront any issues our house might have before scaring away any potential buyers that want complete turnkey perfect homes.
