Our realtor who is also a friend recommended Burgess to us so we knew that she would not recommend someone she did not like. Our inspector took 3 hours looking at our new home. We felt we got a thorough and proper inspection and he left no stones unturned. He also arrived early which was great ! After the inspection, he stayed and we all chatted about details of the house that did not need to be part of the inspection but gave us great insight to our new home. Overall it was a great experience .
