Worse experience ever ! My husband and I looked at Life IVF because this clinic says it offers natural IVF procedure. This clinic is so unorganized and non informative . My husband and I are from Canada so we went all the way to California to get this procedure done , believing in what this clinic has to offer . But I came to the conclusion after spending lots of money that , this clinic all they want is your money . They don't care about you as a patient , you are just a number to them . So many nurses don't have the proper knowledge and they all miss comunitatea about your situation that no one knows what's going on. They do not know anything about your case they are just a bunch of robots that just read everything off the computer or go by the book regardless of what was discussed with the doctor that took over your case . They don't care about your request and needs , their priority is to get the money out of you .It's awful! The receptionists are so confused at the front that they have no idea what you are talking about to them, if you have a question they just look at you like they have no idea about what's going on. Their focus is to pay , pay ,pay. Need I say more ? Half the nurses, receptionists, doctors don't even speak proper English , therefore I do not understand what they are saying . 90 percent of clients are Asian speaking people, I understand that , however , I didn't realize that this clinic is catered mostly to Asians .
Moreover, you are passed over from one nurse to another, that just goes in circles and nothing gets done. Everything is sloppy and unprofessional. Looks like all these nurses are very young and inexperienced . And the receptionists ....that's another ball game . All they know how to say pay this much or have a seat .it's like they are n9t capable of answering questions .
It is impossible to talk to your doctor there . You talk to your doctor one thing and nurses do another .but to be honest with you I don't even k iw who is my doctor , I got passed around so many people that I don't know who is who anymore .
Dr. Yelian is a nice man but frankly , I believe he over promises and under delivers .He doesn't seem to care too much about what's going on with your situation. Basically you are just another dollar sign to them .If you want to see your doctor they will charge you money for it . So then you are stuck with these nurses that don't know what's going on.
And there is Dr. Kwan I think his name is . I thought my doctor was doctor Yelian and I discussed my treatment plan with him. So I have followed doctors Yelians orders by not taking certain medication. However , in the Er Room while Dr Wu was doing the procedure Dr Kwan was lecturing me and basically ripping my head off why I did t take the medication that some nurse sent me that had no idea what my discussion with Dr Yelian was. In the middle of the procedure Dr Kwan decided to lecture me like a little child in front of everyone there while I was in pain and suffering while egg retrieval. Are these people for real ? Is this what I'm paying these people for ? Is this where l all my money is going ? That is really unprofessional and embarrassing. Bottom line this clinice definetely needs professionalism and know how to treat patients that chose to spend their money here at this clinic .
And the nurses and the receptionists need to drop their attitude and start listening to their clients , otherwise clients will go elsewhere like myself .This clinic needs to put more professionals in charge
The receptionist said that Dr Yelian will give me a call to discuss our situation ate egg retrieval. It's been 4 days and still he hasn't call. Why can't someone that paid so much money at his clinic not even entitled to speak to their doctor ? Unless you pay more money . You will only see the doctor if you pay . Really ?
These nurses kept sending me emails about my treatment that had nothing to do with my treatment that I discussed with Dr Yelian. Apparently they are very confused.
My conclusion. NO I would never come to this clinic ever again . They are money hungry and no service. Before you make the decision to go through with this clinic .think about it twice. Trust me it is not worth your money and time. You will end up dissapointed and wished you went with another clinic . This clinic is very good at theorizing how good they are , but from my experience, they are far from it.
