I was a customer with Life IVF Center for about 2 years and I was very pleased with the procedures they offered. They were great and, while I don't expect miracles, they did an amazing job with their procedures. I thought it was unfortunate that they had so many different nurses and as a result, the communication aspect could have been better. Every time I went in, I saw a new nurse. Even to rotate between 3 or 4 nurses would have been an improvement. Also, it seemed that to pay them directly was not an issue but to go through insurance for prescriptions was a huge hassle. Even with those concerns, I thought they were excellent and would definitely recommend the company.
