I have to start off by saying that the deck that the guys over at Patio Creations built for us overall is beautiful. John was very quick to come out and give us an estimate which was nice, and everything started out very well. However then things went a little south. The stair railing was not done well, and the style which they did it without consulting us just looks weird and really clashes with the rest of the deck. It took them two weeks for them to finish the deck that John said would take around four to five days, because these guys would show up at one and leave at six so that was disappointing. If you notice a problem make sure you are there when they come back because you will not want to call them more than once because John does not seem to like when people call with problems. If I could have been there when they were doing the work I could have pointed out the problems so they would not have had to come back. Overall though besides the railing, the deck is really sturdy and beautiful.
