I recently had my carpets cleaned at Prestige Rugs and they did an amazing job. I usually go to Pretige Rugs for my rug cleanings and their prices are very reasonable. Their service is very personable and AJ is a professional businessman, but I did have a small issue once.
I took in a few rugs to get cleaned and asked for an appraisal. AJ said he would do it for me and when I picked up the rugs, I never got the appraisal. It wasn't a big deal but that was the only time I ever experienced a mistake on their part.
Other than that, I would highly recommend them. Prestige Rugs is the only place I take my rugs to and they do an amazing job.
