Prestige Rugs was very helpful and very professional. I would recommend them. I liked the fact that they used an echo cleaning system to do the rug. I thought the price was reasonable. I talked to the owner there when I called. He helped me identify the rug that I had and it had been a while since I had it cleaned so that was helpful.
