Bob's advice and expertise were invaluable to get a working website and e-store up in a short period of time
I have only had one problem worth mentioning. On a couple occasions the website software was unable to interface properly with United States Post Office. At check out on our e-store, a message told the customer that their address was "undeliverable" to. I verified with USPS that the addresses were indeed good addresses. Fortunately the customers contacted us and we made other arrangements to sell them the items they wanted.
