I contacted Spotless based on the great reviews on Yelp. My Mom is elderly and her carpet was disgusting. I was sure that the technician would recommend to replace it. Demien came and introduced himself and his service. Demien is amazing. Knows his craft better than anyone I’ve ever met. He was honest about his appraisal.... he could make it look way better, but not perfect. I wasn’t looking for perfect so I had him work up a quote. I was afraid it would be high but he came in at an incredibly fair price. I accepted and he and his coworker got to it. In about an hour it was done. Not perfect? No, but it turned out so much better than I could have imagined. Demien and his company are great.... I highly recommend him, for big jobs and small.
