Damien was the person who quoted my house. He’s remarkably detailed and thoughtful in his approach. I have some sensitivities to chemicals so he made sure that the cleaning agents didn’t bother me prior to use. They did not bother me. I have a hard time with any perfume or cleaning agent that has a synthetic smell; their products didn’t have synthetic triggers. Secondly, Damien was thoughtful of my animals. I put my indoor cats in two rooms and they bungeed the door closed to make sure they couldn’t get out while they worked.
I have a 20+ year old cat who started peeing next to the liter box and spraying the walls. You can smell it but it’s sometime hard to locate. Damien and Shawn not only cleaned my tile but they cleaned the base boards and about a foot up the wall. They did an awesome job! Damien didn’t want me to be disappointed so he made it clear from the onset that might take hitting the troubled areas more than once to kill the smell. He undersold and over delivered; the smell was gone on the first visit. He had lots of suggestions on how to prevent urine from getting below the baseboards in the future. He also had suggestions for protecting the walls and ways to make it harder for the cat to urinate on the wall. His suggests were great and they were not an up-sale.
Damien is super personable, honest and extremely hardworking! I can’t wait to have them back to do phase two of my house! I highly recommend Spotless!!!
