We've used Spotless for nearly a decade now, and I won't go anywhere else. Yesterday was no exception. We have nearly 20-year old carpet, have our second dog, and as always, they've done an exceptional job of removing the traffic patterns and random spots and dog messes. Even when I think, "There's no way they can get THAT out," they always do.

I've recommended them to many of my friends, who have always been amazed at the results.

While we didn't see Demien yesterday, Sean was courteous, professional, discussed options with me, petted the dog, and was in and out faster than I thought he would be.
