NONE of these reviews are exaggerating! I know how picky I am when I pay for a service but when Demien finished the job I was 'floored' at how the carpets could look as if they were just purchased and put in new. Dirt, stains and track marks I thought would never disappear...disappeared! Demien is so professional, knowledgeable and efficient, he restored my hope that there are still people and companies such as Spotless that still put customer satisfaction and outstanding work above all else.
