Damien and Sean were very personable. Sean was fast and efficient without cutting corners. He had booties and covered carpeted areas for protection. The equipment looked professional and up-to-date. Tile floors look good.

Removed one total experience star for not including all customer requirements in the bid process. Our other estimate used for comparison included reattaching 9 cove tiles in the kitchen. This was also communicated to Damien. Come to find out after selecting Spotless they do not do repairs. Would have been best to have requested and reviewed something in writing at the time of the estimate/bid.
