We were extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning job done by Spotless. The customer service was exceptional and the carpet hasn't looked this nice in years! The tech was friendly, used guards to protect our bannister and walls and made sure to place protective layers under furniture legs. He took his time cleaning, patiently answered questions and provided spot cleaner for future spills. He even volunteered to return if any pet smells lingered prior to our company arriving (which didn't happen!) We also received a follow up call to confirm the service met expectations. Why can't all service contractors be this good?!
