I was very happy with Spotless cleaning. They called a day before to remind me of the appointment, they showed up in the early part of the estimated window of arrival, and the fellow who performed the cleaning, Sean (sp?) was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was impressed that he carried his own purified water on his truck, and didn't need to hook up to my outside water spigot. This has always been a hassle in the past, as the spigot/hose would never hook up well after a service provider has used them. I would highly recommend Spotless to anyone needing their furniture steam cleaned.
