I called Orion Cleaning Solutions on Monday, and they were able to come out on Wednesday which worked out really nicely for me. I had been hoping we would be able to schedule it soon. Nathan, who I believe is the owner, came out himself since it was the helper's day off, and I really appreciate that he came out himself and did a great job. He was conscientious about our house and our cats; he put guards down around the doorways so he wasn't hurting any woodwork, and when we asked him to do an area rug he added that on for us right then and there. He did a very very good job and we were satisfied with the work.

I like the fact that Orion is a small company, as opposed to one of the larger national companies. We generally get our rugs cleaned twice a year, and last time we had one of the major companies come. They just flew through it really fast and they weren't particularly friendly. Orion's prices are a little higher than the "big box" competition, but you get personalized customer service. Nathan and I talked about the price over the phone. He gave me a quote, and I said that was a little higher than the big company, so he asked me what I was hoping to spend. I gave him a price and he came down for me. We have a smaller house, so to do two bedrooms and a hallway for us is less square footage than normal. I think once he came here and saw the house he was fine with giving us the price he did, and that was nice and I really appreciated that. Orion was accommodating, prompt, and professional. We would definitely use them again!
