I was very nervous about having some stucco work done on my house. The contractors I reached out to all seemed to have a variety of issues. And most of them, when I reached out, didn't even call me back, and some came to look at the job, and then wouldn't provide even a price quote. When I found TWD, I put in a request on their website. Within 24 hours, someone had phoned me. I was able to tell them what I needed, and the following day, someone came out to go over the scope of work.

After I had my price quote, we decided to move forward. They created an online portal, where I could see the progress. I had a person assigned to me, Robert, and he did a great job of keeping me up to date on the job. He called me the week prior to confirm everything, and then checked in along the way to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction.

I really felt like TWD did a super job of ensuring that the job was done well, but that communication was great every step of the way. I wish more companies ran like this, and that I had the opportunity to give a glowing review of the team that did the work.

I'll definitely use TWD again, and hoping this puts other people's minds at ease for using a contractor like this.
