Everyone who works at TWD is most helpful and interested to see that you are a satisfied customer. Great people. Their skill and knowledge are excellent. However, some of their materials are not of the highest quality (Wellborn Cabinets and solid wood doors) and some sub-contractors are not always well versed in the sublties of their trade. TWD is very willing to correct any situations that are not up to customer’s expectations and are very willing to make things right. Their showroom is very lacking in samples of possible options for design such as tile and flooring. Many choices must be made from pictures on the computer screen.
