The whole project went very smoothly. Ron and Ralph kept me informed at every step as well as the web site chart letting me know what was expected when. The various workmen on the job were courteous, professional and respectful of our property. I really appreciated the plastic wrap over the carpet and furniture. We are very happy with the result!
