The beginning and ending of my closet project was good. The middle of the process not. Incorrect measurement of closet doors (by outside vendor I was told) again delayed completion by 10 weeks and increased the cost. I dealt with several company contacts and at times it felt like they were not in sync with one another. An installation date with the first set of doors was scheduled, yet I was not informed. With the second set I was told there was two appointments needed to 1) install the doors, then 2) to have them painted. Yet on the day of installation, the painter arrived and got it done on the same day. It was a very long and somewhat confusing process, but the closet doors look great.
