This was my second time using RPM Collision and Service. The first time they did work on another truck I had. I turned it in, and in about a week I got it back. They did a very good job; it is a new truck, and it came back looking new.

This time using them there was one problem. I don't feel like they put my truck back exactly the same way it was, but it was a misunderstanding. My truck's front end has been altered, and I gave them invoices of where to get the parts. When they put the bumper back on there was a gap, and as a business owner myself, I felt they should have noticed it instead of me pointing it out. They did eventually fix it for me.

Even though RPM Collision and Service did not get it back exactly the same, I know that they really do good work. I am satisfied with their service.
