I love how neat and conscientious Leader Electric Inc is. Arthur, the technician who comes to my house, covers my things up when he's working on ceiling fixtures, takes care of my furniture, and cleans/sweeps up really well afterward. He is also a thinker and tries to make things work out. For example, he was installing a chandelier and didn't give up in the face of challenges. Instead he really thought about the options.
The only drawback is that the billing begins as soon as they arrive at your house, even if they have to look for parking. I think they should be upfront about that, because if I had known I would have just paid for him to park in the garage instead of searching for a spot for two hours. He could be mistaken about this though, because he said he doesn't do the billing. I'll have to look into it.
I've used their services three times and they're always on time and professional. Arthur has a teaching heart, so he does a thorough job explaining what's going on. He is very mindful, has great communication, and is a problem solver. You get what you pay for, and so far so good. I like that there's an hourly rate, but for bigger projects they'll work out a deal. I'll definitely use them again.
