Air Max was very quick and easy to deal with. I called Brian and told him the issue over the phone, and he scheduled a technician to come by that day. The tech called to inform me of what he needed to do, and asked for my permission to do so. He came to the home and took care of the issue with very minimal contact. The repair was quick and simple. Two things made the process very easy: Brian's ability to have someone sent over almost immediately, and the competency of the technician.
