April 2015, I purchased the most expensive ac/heat unit with the extended warrant,,,must be insight. It broke down the first 4 hours of installation. Ryan the manager blamed me for a pipe attached to the unit which apparently didn t belong to them???next during a storm the "toggle switch" trigger because a door was hitting it..the technician offered to bypass it???the unit was supposed to be rotated for easy access, it wasn t done, the walkway was supposed to be widened, did not happen either.it was in my original contract to be done. failed city inspection.Do not show up on time, managers do not call back when requested and set up, the owner either, i specifically requested to speak to Mike Aramendia to the last technician 3 days ago to not avail...seems there are a lot of family emergencies with the managers when i call. i did meet with joe who saw several problems after the 5 or 6 th brake down in so many months.he promised to send his best crew and to come around 4 pm that day to inspect, it was rescheduled then they came asking me what i wanted them to do???and sat on their truck 2 hours and no Joe to inspect.....nothing done!The cooling material ran out! a brand new unit!.the latest one this week was a wire which wasn t supposed to be attached somewhere...the new crew always blame the previous one...my unit is apparently the top of the line but the installers ' ability leaves to be desire. i requested to speak to Joe the manager while he was on the phone with the technician and was denied the honor. I informed the technician to have a manager call me before 9 the next day before i was to write an unfavorable review but obviously they do not care in the least.So there it is....to be continued until the next failure.
