I bought a brand new AC system and Installation was just like they said quick educated me on up keep. I have had this brand new unit since 2014 And going on a second coil replacement. I'm glad I purchased the warranty because what I was sold is turning out to be a unreliable system. Aramendia said our electric bill would see a dip Well It is Turns out it is costing us more a month on top of what we paid for this AC. Now I wait for another coil with Rude customer service. Only giving me 30 min window to install when they call me. So I make arrangements to miss work. Then they call me to come install this just to cancel cause coil they received was damaged at 1 pm in the afternoon. And expect for me to just miss work the next day. The Office staff is rude, inconsiderate, Have no regard for customers feelings. Buyers Beware They are all sunshine and rainbows at time of sale but lack follow up, customer service, manners, Just pain rude they don't even apologize for inconveniencing the customer.
