We've used Aramendia three or four times. The last time we thought we had a leak in our pipes in the kitchen under the dishwasher. Carlos Tovar came to check it out. Surprisingly it was our dishwasher itself, not anything Carlos could repair. He took a picture of the part that was leaking and showed us where it was. He and his assistant then left, no charge at all. They represented the company very well.
