The technicians arrived at the beginning of the designated time period to repair the plumbing at our rental property. We met Chris and the other gentleman there, and Chris explained the situation thoroughly and indicated that he would call in a technician with a camera. In the middle of the afternoon Wade called and explained that he had fixed the immediate problem and explained the further work that will need to be done in the near future. Both were thorough, courteous, and willing to spend as much time as it took to answer all questions. Will definitely call Aramendia in the future.
