Tommy was able to come in and find an existing problem overlooked by the previous company that not only causes a health risk to my entire family but to my special needs child. Due to the extreme circumstance and cost to eradicate the issue, I will need to file a claim with my warranty company; otherwise, I would have the work completed by your wonderful technician. He is definitely the type of repairman your company alludes to in it's advertisements. Tommy is awesome and a lifesaver.
