These guys were great! I enjoyed the fact that they were able to give me a TOTAL estimate without the hassle of hidden fees and taxes on the spot. They knew their product very well, and take pride in emphasizing that the Water Heater they were installing was top quality and made in the USA (in this economy I believe in supporting companies that keep jobs here in the US). I really liked their attitude as well; nothing beats a sincere: "I want to make sure you get taken care of" coming from a technician. Oh! And finally: they made sure they didn't leave any mess you couldn't even tell they worked on anything they way the area was left spotless. Keep up the great work! I will certainly use you guys again in the future.
