We were redoing the house and wanted to put tile on the floor, but in order to do that the water heater had to be moved. I called Aramendia Plumbing Heating & Air because I had used them in another house many years ago, and they were terrific then.

They sent a representative out and he told us the cost of moving it and explained why. I asked him how much it would be to put it back in, and he once again explained the cost. It was very expensive, but plumbers are expensive, and he really told us why it would cost that and about the labor involved. We knew they would do a good job so we decided to go for it.

Both of the guys who came out to take out the water heater were courteous and went right to work. For this portion I was paying an hourly wage, and they got it done and got out of there. They also worked with the other crews that we had in the house and didn't get in anyone's way.

Aramendia Plumbing sent a different crew when they came to put the water heater back in. The price they told us was a little more expensive than what I was originally told, and so I called the office. After we talked he quickly told me that he would honor the original price. The job was very time consuming, but they stuck with the price they had told me.

Aramendia Plumbing Heating & Air really knew all the codes and rules, and did the work accordingly. They explained what they were doing in detail and charged exactly what I was expecting. They really did it perfectly. It is obvious that they are so into customer service that it just stops my heart to think about it. That is not something you find very much anymore.

We know that they are not cheap, but plumbers in general are expensive. If you pay the premium price you should get the best work and service; Aramendia is definitely the best. There was never a delay to get someone to our home, they were always right on time, and they did the work perfectly. We really enjoyed them and couldn't have received better service, so we will definitely recommend them.
