after two weeks, new system stopped working

My brand new HVAC system stopped working, Sunday night before Labor Day. The after hours call center would not accept my calls. They talk a good game, but they drop the ball in follow up service. You can only imagine how disappointed and angry I am. I will never use their services again, and will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Our office has already contacted this customer regarding the issue that was addressed and we have fixed the problem with our after hours messaging system. We had a technical difficulty and our after hours number was not working as it should. Our office has been double-checking each night since this incident to verify that our customers are able to leave messages. We are continuing to work very hard to make sure our customers are attended to in a timely manner. We appreciate the feedback.
