No-show and what seemed like the runaround
We scheduled our visit a week in advance. This was for our A.C. checkup and coil cleaning. We were supposed to be the first call of the day. I was told they would arrive between 9 a.m. and noon. At 10 a.m. I was curious so I called the company to see if they were on schedule. Seeing as I was to be the first stop I assumed I would have seen someone by now. They told me they were running behind and would be at my residence by 11 a.m. No problem...12:45 p.m. comes along and still no one. When I call i'm met with the same response. Running behind and I am still scheduled. 3 p.m. rolls around. No one has taken the initiative to contact me. So I call again to cancel the service. The lady has the audacity to ask me why? Apparently giving customers the runaround is the norm. with this company. I scheduled in advance so I could take off of work and be here. This was the Houston Texas location. Maybe the other locations are better but I somehow doubt it. Customer service should be a priority for any business to stay in the game. How my wife came across this company is beyond me. I have never heard of them before and consequently will never look to them for service again.
