I had used Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning a few times before. This last visit was to work on my heating, ventilating and air conditioning unit. They did more work on the air conditioning part of it because of the season. Then they put in a new duct system and everything came out just fine. I appreciate that the technicians took the time to write notes for me and go over the entire process. They explained everything so I could understand it. They were very professional. As for the prices, I think that Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning is very fair. Not too high and not too low. I would have no problem recommending them to other people and I will continue using them myself.
