This was my first time to use Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning, and I am extremely pleased with the great job they did! I was doing a favor for a friend who had just remodeled a four unit condo when his three ton combo HVAC unit went out. I called 5 companies, two of which I regularly deal with in my capacity as a property manager, to come out and see it the 37 year old heat exchanger was cracked or not. Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company to come out and give me exactly what I needed! Sure enough, the heat exchanger was cracked. I got three bids to repair the unit, and the rest is history. Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning won the project, and did a great job on it! I will definitely be using them again in the future for my HVAC needs!
