We were so pleased with the job done by Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning on our duct cleaning! We are very picky customers and have had some bad experiences with other companies. But the technicians from Brody were excellent! They were clean, their communication skills were good, they were prompt and professional! In fact, they came out very soon after we called, just to go into the crawl space and assess the job before coming back to do the actual cleaning. The guy who did the cleaning really knew his craft!
