I have been using Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning on a yearly basis for about ten years now. They come out to my home and pretty much do the same thing every time. They do minor adjustments to my furnace, along with going up into the attic and performing general maintenance, and make sure my system is safe to use for the upcoming year. I have had no problems with Brody Pennell, and I plan to continue using them.
