Brian Steger came by to see the unit and discuss my needs. In this case, I needed effective cooling for a smaller unit ground level unit with no attic or ducts facing direct sunlight during sunset. I was somewhat familiar with equipment and had an idea of expected price range, my last checkbox was working within my timeline. We did a quick walk thru to map out install specs and within hours I had his bid which came in at a cost below my expectation. The existing furnace would be removed leaving a gas supply line pipe coming thru floor which was an item not included in the proposed scope of work, for my convenience and savings I decided that if he could cap off this gas pipe beneath floor then we would have a deal. Brian was happy to amend his proposal and we scheduled.

Always love companies like Brody-Pennell that know their business and make day before install date reminder phone calls. Their install crew was competent, clean and friendly, showed up on-time already familiar with install site. I felt comfortable enough to leave the crew unattended for several hours to move out of their way and was happy to return to a nearly complete and tidy installation. The entire installation was efficient, well-organized and completed ahead of schedule, which could not have happened without an experience team coordinating logistics in real time from a site unseen, like a well oiled machine.
