We were very please with the installation and follow-up with Brody Pennell. They installed a new 3 zone heating system that has now made every room in the house just the right temperature. It's a HUGE improvement over our previous system that depended on just the thermostat in the living room to set the temperature for the whole house -- a lose-lose arrangement! As a result, our second floor master bedroom had been too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter before the Brody-Pennell installation. I highly recommend a multi-zone system to anyone with the same problem, and I highly recommend this company as the one to call for it.
