Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning is an absolutely fantastic company. They were able to fix an issue that another company could not. The technician, Billy, was just brilliant. He came back the next day after fixing the problem and told me that he fixed it wrong. He took everything apart, started over to fix it correctly, and did not charge me for it. It was great that he came back to admit his mistake and correct it. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. I am moving, but I hope that future companies I use are as great as Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning.
