I was told by Gas company that my furnace has cracked issue. I schedule one heater pro come to check and told me that I need to replace a new one (current one is 6 years old). Same day afternoon, Ken (from Brody Pennell) check and say that does not sound right (cracked), he suggest to have a tech to check and he arrange one from Brody Pennell. The next day the tech checked my furnace and say there is no any problem and the furnace is just like brand new and will have another 15 to 20 years life. It's been several weeks passed I got comfortable winter time.
