We no longer wanted to cool our home with window units. After researching several local companies we decided on Unique Indoor Comfort of Woburn MA. Owner Steve Martin came to our house and explained the value of the Space Pak air handler and the York compressor system. The system sounded just like what we wanted.The technicians, Steve and Andy, who installed our system were very professional and we're very particular regarding their daily clean up of materials. Our main concern was the space needed for the air handler and tubing so as to leave adequate room for storage. The system is quite compact, so that was not going to be a problem. We went ahead with the project and could not be more satisfied. Its been a clean, quiet and cool addition to our home.
I would recommend Unique Indoor Comfort and Space Pak without reservation. It's the best money we have ever spent.
