The first time I used their services was great. The two movers I had helped me with moving some clothing in my closet that I was unable to box up myself, and it only took them about four or five hours to get everything done. The second time I used them, it took the mover, who I was told was newly hired by the company, twice as long to move my items, and he refused to help box up my clothing, saying that this wasn't a service he could provide for me. I wound up paying even more because of how long it took this mover to get everything done, and I had fewer items this time around. This mover also left my garage really messy, and my items were not where I wanted them to be.
