I've used Regal Fabric Care for probably 13 years or so, maybe more. The quality of their work is amazing, I've used other people before and when they'd leave the rugs would still end up having stains or they'd be soaked. With Regal Fabric Care the rugs are never soaked, they just do such an amazing job and obviously know their stuff. They'll look at something in the carpet and know exactly what to do to take care of it, and they'll explain to me what needs to be done. They're very prompt with scheduling and are usually able to come out right away, within a few days. We usually get Dave and Peter, and they're both great, I recommend them. The pricing for Regal is a bit on the higher side, but because they do good work I don't mind. I recommend them to people all the time. I love Regal Fabric Care and I'll keep using them.
