This was our first experience with Regal Fabric Care. We had them come out to clean some pieces of furniture for us, including a sofa and chairs. They showed up on time, and were very friendly and polite. They told me right up front that if there were ever any problems, they would take care of it, and I really like to see that in a company. After cleaning, the chairs did not seem to be drying properly, so I called them, and they came right back out, picked up the chairs, and took them back to their facility to clean and dry them again. They returned the chairs promptly, and in time for the holidays! Regal Fabric Care is a very reliable company!
