I have been working with Regal Fabric Care for over 15 years, as a Property Manager. We use them about two times a year, but for multiple locations. When we last used them, they came out to our properties to carpet-clean their common areas, along with the rugs. It's very easy to schedule appointments, and we don't even need to be there. We just call, set up the appointment, and they come out and do their thing. They're knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
