We have used Regal Fabric Care for at least twenty years. In fact, David did work for my mother-in-law who is meticulous and demanding in the cleaning services she uses, and he's lived up to her standards as well as ours. He is very responsive in terms of timing and scheduling, and very communicative. If he makes a commitment, he sticks to it and is there on time. Plus, he does a great job. If it's something that isn't within his purview, he won't waste your time and will refer you to the right people. For instance, we had some water damage, and when I asked, can you take care of this, he responded that this wasn't what they did. But he sent me to competent people who did deal with water damage, and he came in afterwards to do his part of the care. You can tell that he really cares about the quality of the service he delivers. He also has reasonable pricing.
