Our annual maintenance contract with Home Haven Climate Care calls for Spring and Fall inspection and maintenance of our furnace and air conditioner. During his initial inspection, Gary discovered leaks in the furnace heat exchanger. He explained in clear, understandable language the CO2 significance and the options available to correct the situation. Consequently we decided that it would be in our best interests to replace the 13 year old furnace with a new one. Gary explained the types and costs of suitable replacement furnaces and, with the Home Haven administration office, was able to order a new furnace for installation within 36 hours.
We are elderly retirees and greatly appreciated Gary's courteous manner, his obvious knowledge of the home heating trade which he demonstrated without the patronizing manner so many people exhibit toward old seniors. We look forward to seeing Gary in the future and will continue to enjoy the feeling of safety and security which Haven Home Climate Care provides us.
