would give no stars if I could... absolute worst service I have seen in 26 years of living.. we had my fiancee's car towed here back in July 2018... it's Novemeber 12 and we are just now picking it up. So it took a transmission "specialist" 4 months to rebuild a transmission? I dont think so. They also don't return phone calls or give you an update on your car.. everytime we tried to contact somebody they were extremely rude and had some dumb excuse as to why his car wasn't ready .. we waited 5 weeks for them to "test drive" his car. Now we have been sitting here for over 2 hours to get his keys and sign off that we are picking it up. Janine (the receptionist) is a psycho who shouldn't even be allowed to talk to people. She has been nothing but rude and I just watched her freak out and yell at a customer (so much so that somebody came out of the back to tell her to chill out) that has also been waiting for at least 2 hours .
